Jai Ram Thakur said that the rapid increase in the cases of Kovid-19 infection in the state is a matter of concern, but the state government is fully prepared to deal with any calamity. He said that 11,500 bed capacity is available in the state, which can be increased to 17000. Along with this there are 2374 oxygenated beds, 8765 dedicated covid beds, 237 ICU beds and 1014 ventilators. The Chief Minister said that at present 48 PSA plants of 59.37 MT oxygen capacity, 2100 A-type cylinders, 5009 B-type cylinders, 1112 D-type cylinders and 5723 concentrators are available in the state. He said that essential medicines like PCM 650, PCM 500, Remdesivir, Dexamethasone, Hydrocortisan etc. are available in sufficient quantity in the state. He said that adequate stock of consumable PPE kits and N-95 masks have also been made in the state.
Information about corona vaccination also given
Jai Ram Thakur said that the State has achieved the target of 100% vaccination of adolescents in the age group of 15 to 18 years and the State Government has now set a target of providing 100% preventive doses to health workers, front line workers and senior citizens. has done. He said that in view of Kovid-19 in the state, special emphasis is being given on vaccination along with testing, tracking and treatment.
