How to make Atta Pinni
To make Aate ki Pinni, first take a bowl and put the flour in it. Now take a wok and put ghee in it and keep it to heat on the gas on medium flame. When the ghee melts completely, add flour to it and fry it with the help of a ladle till its color becomes light brown. During this, the flour has to be stirred continuously or else it may stick to the pan and burn. When a sweet smell starts coming from the flour, then turn off the flame.

Now spread the dough in a plate and keep it to cool down. When the dough cools down, add sugar powder to it. Now with the help of a ladle, make both of them together. After this, add cardamom powder and chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios to this mixture and mix it well. After this, grease both the palms with a little ghee and make round-round laddus by pressing the pinni mixture with the palms. You can keep the size of the laddus as per your choice.
